Look at that, two posts in one day. We’re another step closer to being done this challenge! And this one also let me dip my toes in the Halloween spirit – Day 29 is Inspired by the Supernatural! I decided to do some negative space dripping blood to go with a vague vampire theme, but I reversed the nature of the drip so the negative space is the part doing the dripping and the blood is being left to drain off the tips. And then I added some glitter because why the hell not. 😉
My base was done with red acrylic paint, and then I used the sponge glitter method to dab on a gradient of a whole bunch of red glitter polishes… China Glaze Ruby Pumps, Julep Ruby Slippers and OPI Gettin’ Miss Piggy With It.
I’m really feeling the negative space looks these days so I totally love how this one turned out. I’m considering this my spooky (or spoopy) start to the Halloween season! Woohoo!
