ProcrastiNails: The 31 Day Challenge 2014 – Day 4: Green Colour Blocking

I’ve made it to Day 4 of the 31 Day Challenge! Step by step I’m making it through! Today I bring you Day 4: Green Nails, I think it’s my favourite so far. You can’t go wrong with good ol’ colour blocking. I also got to use one of my all-time favourite polishes to get this look. What colour is that? Check under the cut to find out!

One of my favourite polishes ever is one I found in a sale bin on boxing day last year… My well-loved bottle of Zoya Veruschka! It’s a gorgeous deep green matte velvet polish that I just can’t get enough of. The base of this look is OPI Just Spotted the Lizard (a gorgeous copper-green-gold-blue multichrome) and I did the rest of the blocking with Julep Margot and the ever-reliable Essie Blanc.

I wanted to keep that gorgeous matte look so instead of sealing with a glossy top coat the whole thing was finished off with a coat of Essie Matte About You.

I seriously can’t get enough of this look… For sure my favourite so far, but since we have so many days left to go I’m sure it will get usurped eventually. Tomorrow we’re doing blue nails, so don’t forget to come back to see what I put together! 🙂

And don’t forget to take a look at the other Day 4 fills:

Thanks for visiting! See you tomorrow!
