Nail Art // Geometric Mani Swap with IG SuperSmiley457

* Contains Past Press Samples

I have a quick post to share with you of a mani swap I did with another blogger I met on instagram! The two of us have been planning this forever and finally got our butts in gear to post tonight! Haha. Check everything out below!

So if you aren't familiar with the term, a mani swap is when each person chooses a nail art design that the other person has done before, and they recreate it. So we're swapping designs that each of us did previously, basically. :) It's lots of fun and can really help to boost creativity as it makes you dig through past looks from the person you are working with.

For this round here's the look I put together, based on this original look from SuperSmiley457 on IG:

Even though her base was negative space on the naked nail, I decided to go with a white base using Sinful Colors Snow Me White and then laid out my Kayla Ray Straight Vinyls and sponged on a gradient with Sinful Colors Black on Black and Ceramic Glaze Surf's Up (swatched here).

And here's the lovely look she put together, copied from one of my first looks ever (which I redid myself last year)!

I think we both did so awesome, and this was so much fun to do! Go check her out on IG if you haven't already, and let me know what you think of our swap below! :)

Thanks for visiting! xx
