I did this mani ages ago and just now found the pictures on my computer! Ah, man! Better late than never though, I guess. 🙂 This is one of my all-time favourite leadlighting looks and believe it or not it came from just fooling around on my nails! Happy accidents are the best in my opinon. Just playing around and then BAM: amazingness!
I started off with a base of Nicole by OPI Look at Me, Look at Me (swatched here) which is actually a textured polish. Next I added two layers of top coat to smooth it off and then I did some stamping with a Born Pretty Store plate, my Born Pretty Store Black Stamping Polish (reviewed here), and then added my colours in with shades from the OPI Color Paints Collection: Purple Perspective, Indigo Motif and Pen & Pink.
Look how gorgeous this macro shot is! Heart eyes! I totally didn’t plan it but the hints of coloured glitter in that NOPI base polish match perfectly with the jelly colours I chose. Ahh I am so happy! These nails just make me happy! Happy! Haha.
