Until I saw Give Me Space I was totally ready to pass over the OPI Starlight Collection. But then swatches started cropping up and when I saw this gorgeous glittery space blue I knew I needed to have it! (And from what I’ve heard that’s been the consensus from a lot of bloggers and polish lovers!)
Give Me Space is a gorgeous deep blue polish. The base seems to be a really pigmented jelly that is absolutely packed with micro glitter. In the right light there is a flash of scattered holo, but I wouldn’t generally call this polish a holo. Maybe I would call it a very subtle holo?
If the collection is themed around starlight and space I would definitely say this polish fits. I can already picture a soft galaxy mani sponged on top with some extra glitter to add some stars… I really do love a good galaxy mani. 🙂
I used two coats for these swatches (with one coat of Seche Vite on top) but I think three would have been better as there is a wee bit of visible nail line left, but to be honest I adore this polish so much I don’t even care.
I just love how deep and rich and sparkly this is! Definitely not a purchase I regret!
