Hello hello! I’m a day late, but I’m here (finally) with my second fill for January’s 30 Days of Colour Challenge! Our theme this week was pink and I knew right away I wanted to use one of the new Avon shades my mom got me at Christmas. Combine with some sparkle and jewels and we have a perfectly rich pink mani. 🙂
The base shade I used was Avon Viva Pink which is a bold pink creme polish, and then I decided to do my stamping with 春の歌-02 Plate from Born Pretty Store* (available now here for $1.99) and Color Club Halo Hues Cloud Nine which is a light pink linear holo.
Believe it or not this was my FIRST time stamping with a holo polish. What! I’ve always known other people used them for stamping but felt skeptical there would be enough coverage to pick up the image… But I was totally wrong, and as you can see it worked amazingly well!
Is there more holo stamping in my future? HELL YEAH there is! I’m so pleased with how it turned out, I can’t believe I waited so long to try it! 🙂
