ProcrastiNails: Layered Stamping with MoYou London Hipster 07 Plate and Mundo de Unas

Nail art featuring pink chevrons with blue birds stamped on top

Yay, layered stamping! Pairing more than one stamping design is still tricky for me, but I think I did pretty good this time. 🙂 It helps using multiple images from the same plate I think.

In this case I used one of my new(er) MoYou London plates – Hipster 07. These birds and chevrons (Is that what you would call these? I kind of want to call them tire tracks, but I think they are also chevrons) pair perfectly, and this look also gave me the chance to play with some of my Mundo de Unas polishes. Hooray!

I started with two coats of OPI Let’s Be Friends from the new Hello Kitty Collection, and then stamped the chevrons with MoYou London Hipster 07 and Mundo de Unas Tutti. When that was dry I did another layer of stamping, again with Hipster 07  though this time I used the bird design and MdU Blue Navy.

In my opinion you can never go wrong with pink and blue together, and I think these little birds pop off my pale pink background perfectly in dark blue. Add some magenta chevrons and I’m in love!

I’m pretty pumped about how well this turned out and hopefully I can find inspiration to do more layered looks in the future. This one was really fun!

Let me know what you think! Thanks for visiting! xx
