Day 13 for The 31 Day Challenge is Animal Print. In real life you will rarely if ever see me wearing leopard print on my clothing. I find it a bit tacky. On my nails? LOVE IT. Leopard print is one of those designs that’s so simple to do but that looks so nice when you’re done. I had intended to do some different prints for this challenge fill (giraffe and zebra if you must know) but once I started doing leopard spots I just couldn’t stop!
The base for this look was my old reliable Sinful Colors Snow Me White and then I did a gradient of green spots around the edges of my nails with Sinful Colors Innocent, Julep Payton and Julep Emerald City.
I couldn’t stop staring at my nails the entire time I had this on, and I was really sad it was a house-bound day because that meant I couldn’t go out and show them off! Ah well. I’m really pleased with how this look turned out – simple but bold! I’m slowly forming a list of my fav fills from this challenge to share at the end, and I think this one has just added itself to the list. Definitely.
