This was a creative take on this part of the challenge… Polka dots! I decided to do a delicate dotted design on the tips rather than a standard dotticure, and I’m happy with how it turned out. All of these shades are from my November Julep Maven box, and this was also my entry for this month’s #MyMaven contest on facebook. 🙂 (UPDATE: I’m a finalist for the Julep contest! Awesome!! The base of this look was Julep Aisha, and then I did a layered dot border along the bottom in Julep Alexandra and Julep Lola. As you can see, Lola with a glossy topcoat looks almost black. I like this design a lot, and from a distance the dots look like diamonds. 🙂
