Pink plus matte equals everything I could ever want in a polish. So it’s no surprise that I am 100% in love with Essie Just Stitched from the 2015 Cashmere Matte Collection! I mean, look at that soft pink goodness. And there’s a subtle shimmer of blue that comes through in the right light, too. What’s not to love!
Just Stitched was a little bit sheer (as most soft/neutral Essie shades tend to be) so it did take three coats to cover any patches and reach full opacity.
The level of matte in these polishes is what I was hoping for when the
Zoya Satins came out – not completely matte and with a hint of shimmer.
Essie hit it out of the park as far as I’m concerned. 🙂
This colour makes me think of spring and cotton candy and soft cardigans. I definitely think calling the line ‘cashmere’ was a good call because the finish has that perfect soft touchable finish to it that feels comfortable yet luxurious. Just perfect. I just picked this polish (and a couple others up) earlier this week and I don’t know why I waited so long!
