ProcrastiNails: Get Lucky Nail Art Challenge: Irish Flag or Irish Candy? Who knows!

Continuing on with the St Patrick’s Day nails! Woohoo! I’m celebrating this weekend (since I work the night of actual St Patrick’s Day), and in honour of that I bring you some lovely Ireland inspired nails!

They were intended to be colour blocks inspired by the flag, but they kind of look like candy to me, too! Om nom!

The base was a few coats of Sinful Colors Snow Me White with the colour blocks on the flag/candy done with Julep Marjorie and Julep Payton. I actually almost gave this orange away, but while designing this look I realized it’s the only true orange that I own… So I guess I’ll be holding on to it!

This mani is super simple but I’m really happy with how it turned out. I love the crisp lines that come with taping off a look, and the bold colours in the Irish flag makes the whole thing pop!

Here’s what else you have to look forward to over the next couple of days… I’m especially excited for tomorrow’s fill, which you may have seen a preview of on Instagram a couple of days ago. 😉

EDIT: Now that the challenge is finished, here’s a round-up of all the fills I completed:

March 14 – Use ALL the greens! (And then add some sparkle.)
March 15 – Irish Flag or Irish Candy? Who knows!
March 16 – Deconstructed Lucky Rainbow!
March 17 – My St Patrick’s Day Nail Fail!

And check out some of the looks put together today by the other lovelies!

Thanks for visiting!!
