Nail Art // The Digit-al Dozen Does December: Holly Topped Nails

It's time for December Digit-al Dozen week when we post 5 days of manis based around the same theme... Since the girls in the group are from all over the world we decided to go with a general "December" theme - for us in Canada and the US that likely means Christmas and snow and red/green, but for the ladies down under it means sun and the beach and fun!

My first look goes with the winter/Christmas part of December - as soon as I picked up this vine stamping plate I knew I wanted to do lines of vines across the top of my nail and this was the perfect opportunity to give it a try!

The lovely plate I used is Qgirl-044 from Nicole Diary, and I did my stamping by making decals with Mundo de Unas White and then coloured it in with OPI Lost on Lombard and OPI Christmas Gone Plaid. My base is Essie Turquoise & Caicos and as soon as it was dry I applied a layer of glossy top coat and then applied my decals. :)

I love how it looks like ropes of holly swooping over the tops of my nails! Simple but very lovely. :)

Thanks for visiting! xx See you again tomorrow!
