Swatch // Fiendish Fancies F.13-04: We’re An Endangered Species
You would never guess how many indie polishes I own if you just looked at how many actually got posted on this blog... I am so behind in my swatching! In the interest of cutting my to-swatch list down (and also in the interest in posting my 'Blue' fill for The 30 Days of Colour) today I have one of my indie beauties from Fiendish Fancies!
So what is this beauty, you ask? This is Fiendish Fancies F.13-04: We're an Endangered Species! The idea behind this brand is that each collection and polish is connected to a Horror movie or franchise which makes them all super unique. This was is from the Halloween 2016 Let Us Prey Collection inspired by Daybreakers! The description for this lovely says it is inspired by "the cool hue of a sunless existence, and the surgical sterility of a blood farm." CREEPY. I LOVE IT.
We're an Endangered Species is a lovely robin's egg blue creme filled with darker blue speckles with a little bit of shimmer flakies throughout. It took three coats to build up but it applied wonderfully smooth with no streaking, and I really like the brush FF uses. You NEED to see the macro to get the full impression of this baby...
I think I'll have to pull this one out for some Easter looks as well because that speckle is just perfection for Easter Eggs! I'm shocked I waited so long to use this one as I am just absolutely in love with it on my nails. I've been wearing it for a few days already which is a record for me! :)
Have you tried any polish from Fiendish Fancies before? Does this seem like a shade you maybe need to add to your collection? ;) Let me know!
Thanks for visiting! xx
