Nail Art // The Digit-al Dozen Does Colour Contrasts: Blue and Orange Tropic Splashes

* Contains Press Samples

Another month, another Digit-al Dozen theme! This month we're doing colour contrasts, and we've learned that we all have slightly different interpretations of that theme (which is awesome).

I'm going to do a mix of complementary and contrasting colours this week, and I'm also going to pull out some new products I bought a few months ago... NEON ACRYLIC PAINTS! Ahhh I'm so excited! The orange in today's mani is acrylic paint and I have a whole rainbow of other colours to pull out in the next few days too. :)

So let's get a better look, shall we?

The base I used was one of my favourite blue polishes ever: Ceramic Glaze French Riviera*! (Originally swatched here!) For my contrasting I decided to use neon orange acrylic paint and a small detailing brush to do this tropical splash-y pattern! I think it's super fun!

My first fill for this prompt is simple but really packs a punch! And I'm just getting warmed up - wait until you see what I have for tomorrow!!

Let me know what you think! Thanks for visiting! xx
