Hey loves! Remember how I said I only had one look for you today? Well, I lied! If I’m behind on the challenge anyway there’s no need to do it in order, right? And I already had this mani waiting for when I got to fill 14. So instead of waiting I’m sharing a nail decal look with you for my floral fill for The 31 Day Challenge!
This one uses the decals as accent nails and also uses a colour combo that I just can’t get enough of. I don’t know what it is about deep red and bronze that make me feel happy… They’re just such a lovely combo!
So when I applied these decals I assumed they would be opaque but decided to apply one coat of Sinful Colors Snow Me White underneath just to have something below the decal. Good thing I did because it turns out these decals are transparent! Whoops! Thankfully my base coat was fully covering the nails!
The other nails alternate two shades from Square Hue: King Street and Oxford Street. I was so happy I could find a bronze-y gold in my collection to match the decals. 🙂
I’m very pleased with how this turned out, and I’ll definitely be wearing this look again later in the season. It’s simple but the polishes match perfectly with the colours in the decals and I’m pleased as punch about that. 🙂
