ProcrastiNails: Dreamy Romantic Gradient Nail Art with Floral Water Decals from Born Pretty Store

Hello lovelies!

Today I’m taking a look at some gorgeous floral water decals from Born Pretty Store which I’ve used in this mani on top of a soft and dreamy gradient. This combo makes me feel like I should be wearing these nails to a tea party or something equally frivolous and sweet. 🙂

For this look I started out with a simple pale pink and white gradient using Julep Janet (which I swatched just last week) and Wet n Wild French White Creme.

The decals applied really easily – I just cut out the segments I wanted, dipped them in a small cup of water for 20 seconds, and then slid them on to my nail. I like to dampen the nail before I apply the decal (so I can slide it around once it’s on) and place it gently with some tweezers.

And some quick macro shots of some of the different designs on the sheet because everyone likes macros!

This close the design seems to be a bit pixelated but you can’t tell at all to the naked eye from a normal distance.

Gorgeous! Honestly I had zero problems with these decals at all, and applied to the nail I think they’re really lovely. Super girly and fun and sometimes that’s exactly what you need. 🙂
