ProcrastiNails: Halloween Skittlette with Decals and Texture and Stripes!! ^v^

Halloween!! One of my favourite holidays of the year. Candy and parties and costumes! What’s not to love?! Haha. Today we have the first of (hopefully) a handful of mani designs I put together for the season. One of the blogs I look up to is Fairly Charming, and she’s been doing a lot of skittlette looks recently that really inspire me. I got these supercute decals at the dollar store and decided to start off using them in a skittlette mani à la Fairly Charming. 🙂 So here we go!

I started off with all of my base colours… The black is Sally Hansen Sugar Coat in Lich-O-Rich, the orange is OPI A Roll in the Hague and the white is Sinful Colors Snow Me White. Once that was dry I chose some decals off of the sheet and carefully stuck them on, and did some free-hand stripes on my pointer finger. I only put a layer of topcoat over the decal nails because I didn’t want to smooth out the textured polish. 🙂

I love this bat decal! There was a selection of bats and skulls and ghosts on the sheet, and I’m hoping to use at least a few more of them before the season is done. The only downside is that they aren’t the best quality (as you can see with how they don’t stick firmly down) since they were only a dollar. lol. Oh well. I’ll make do!

And there we go! Cute and simple. 🙂 I always forget how easy and fun skittlette manis are. What about you, any fun Halloween nail art you have planned??

Thanks for visiting!! xx
